Generally, once your order is placed online, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your order and go over design specs.  After the initial contact a custom design is produced and sent to you for approval.  If not satisfied, we will continue to improve on the design until it is approved.  Once approved it will be sent to print.  This process may take 2-3 days depending on the number of re-designs.  The print process may take from 2-10 days.  On average, most orders will be printed within 3 days then shipped.
